Xwejni Bay with the shore entry at the Washing Machine inlet in the salt pans and the Double Arch reef about 230 m due north of it: reef top 17 m, two stacked arches from about 20–27 m down to the sand at 36 m, the reef continuing to 45 m. Depths and route (surface swim, descent at the 14 m drop-off, boulders at 25 m, return over the posidonia) from gozodive.com, maltadives.com and divebluewaters.com; the arch and the Washing Machine positions are the OpenStreetMap dive-spot nodes, and the shoreline is from OpenStreetMap. Maltadives.com gives the arch about 300 m further north; the larger cave further out is not placed. Positions are approximate.

Off Xwejni Bay on the north coast. The reef here carries a formation of two arches, one above the other, cut into a rock mass standing off the main wall — the upper arch at around 18 m and the lower opening at about 35–40 m.
It is a long surface swim out from the bay, or a boat drop, and the depth means the bottom arch is a short visit. Dived 3 August 2011 to 37 m.
