Crocodile Rock, a low rock about 190 m off the Dwejra shore between the Blue Hole and Fungus Rock, with the shallow plateau towards the shore, the cut-out to its south and the wall around it. The rock outline is approximate (it is not in OpenStreetMap); the coastline and Fungus Rock are from OSM. Layout and depths follow the St Andrew's Divers Cove (gozodive.com) site description, whose boat anchors on the plateau; the plateau extent and wall line are approximate. The site coordinates in the data point at the land; the rock is at about 36.0503, 14.1869, which is used as the map origin.

Between Dwejra Point and Fungus Rock, on the west coast. The name is what the rock looks like from the land — a crocodile's head lying in the water.

The dive works down a boulder slope and along a wall, with the depth available to whatever the plan is; the shallow reef on top is good, and the wall runs well past 40 m. It is part of the same Dwejra complex as the Blue Hole and the Inland Sea and is often the second dive of the day there.

Fungus Rock next door has its own history: the Knights of St John believed a plant growing on its summit had medicinal value, declared the rock a reserve in the seventeenth century, cut the sides smooth so nobody could climb it, and posted a guard.
