Werkhaven Bommenede Oost, the shore entry just east of the mouth of the Delta Works construction harbour: wade out from the shore to the oyster and sponge fields at 5–7 m, with the fairway and its buoys close offshore and the drowned village of Bommenede in the channel, where diving is forbidden. Shore, groyne and buoys GB 2 and G 36 from OpenStreetMap; positions are approximate. The west side is a boat-only site, so the east basin is drawn. The site coordinates are the hamlet of Bommenede, 2.8 km west; the drawing is placed at the harbour relative to them.

Bommenede is a werkhaven — a construction harbour built to service the Delta Works and left behind when they were finished — on the south shore of the Grevelingen at Zonnemaire. There are east and west basins; the log does not say which.
Shallow, sheltered, and full of the things that colonise concrete.
One dive, 28 June 2014, to 8.6 m.
