The origin is White River as placed by this survey, about 450 m west and 395 m north of Fenomeno, because the site's own coordinates are Fenomeno's. End labels are approximate distances from White River measured along the traced line. Downstream from White River runs east and south toward Fenomeno; the upstream line beyond White River is not on any source map and is not drawn. Depths are the map's feet converted to metres; dotted lines are lower-level passages. Positions are approximate.

White River is in the same cave as Fenomeno, about 700 m (2 300 ft) along the line from that entrance. It has its own opening to the surface in the jungle, about 450 m west and 400 m north of the Fenomeno entrance, and that is where it is mapped.

The old position for this one was on the Texas border, 1 400 km from Tulum, which is what a place-name geocoder does with "White River" when nothing constrains it.
