Malek 2, a fringing-reef wall and drift dive about 15 minutes by speedboat south of Brayka Bay: the reef edge with a sand channel cutting into the reef flat, a terrace of coral blocks and pinnacles at 10-24 m and a drop-off to about 40 m. The layout is laid along the OpenStreetMap reef edge at an assumed scale (coastline © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). The position is estimated from the boat times from Brayka Bay (Nemo City 5 min, Malek 2 15 min, Marsa Egla 20 min south) and may be off by a kilometre or more along this straight coast; the boat drop point is assumed. All positions are approximate.

Malek 2 is one of the speedboat sites of the Brayka Bay dive centre, about fifteen minutes south of the bay along a straight stretch of fringing reef between Nemo City and Marsa Egla. The dive centre's sketch shows a wall and drift dive, 5–20 m: coral structures and a pinnacle garden near the reef wall, a gradual slope to the drop-off, sometimes a light current, hawksbill turtles.
One dive, dive #46 on 31 July 2007, a zodiac dive with two turtles. The log had the site down as a wreck and the old text described Sheikh Malek, a different bay north of the airport; both were wrong.
