Sparse map: the OpenStreetMap shoreline of the Grüner Grenzlandsee (© OpenStreetMap contributors) with its two islands, and the entry placed on the east shore nearest the dive base address, Zur Grenze 14 (divers-guide: parking about 10 m from the water), so its position is approximate. The lake is about 550 m long and 16-18.5 m deep, densely overgrown to about 7 m, with a training platform, sunken objects such as tractors, and tame sturgeon, but their positions are not known, so they are left off.

A flooded gravel pit at Bad Bentheim, just across the German border from Twente, 18.5 m at its deepest and run as a dive centre by Let's Dive Gronau. Platforms, lines, sunken objects, and the green water the name advertises.

One dive, 10 July 2013, to 6.7 m for 83 minutes — a long shallow session rather than a dive to the bottom.
