Not a reef so much as an address — the overnight anchorage at Similan 9, dived three times because that is where the boat was.

The overnight anchorage off the sheltered east side of Ko Bangu (Similan 9): the Breakfast Bend reef to the south and the Three Trees boulders to the north, on the OpenStreetMap coastline. The national park moorings are placed only roughly, between the two reefs, from the site description and liveaboard pages naming Mooring Bay at Island 9.

Moorings is where the liveaboard tied up, not a named feature: the mooring field at Ko Bangu, Similan Island 9. Three dives are logged against it on 23 and 24 November 2013, to 24 m.
Dives like this are the connective tissue of a liveaboard week — the check dive on arrival, the dusk dive, the night dive, all done off the back of the boat on whatever reef happens to be under it. The reef under this one is the sheltered eastern shelf of Island 9, which is the same water as Breakfast Bend.
National park moorings exist so that boats do not anchor: dropping an anchor on Similan coral has been prohibited since long before the 2018 restrictions.
